IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • What is included with my puppy?
We give all our families guidance on things we see families be successful with! Puppy go home bags have a toy and blanket that smells like mom and siblings, a 5lb bag of food, vet records, first month of flea, tick, and heart worm medication and other resources for your puppy.
  • Does my puppy come with vaccinations?
Puppy’s will have their first vet visit, vaccination, temperament testing, microchipped, & crate training and potty training started before they're ready to be picked up.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another litter. It does not ever expire and can be used when your family is ready because we know that family dynamics can change quickly, and you may need to wait.
  • Can I come see the puppies?
For the health of our puppies and to minimize stress on our mom’s we do visitation at 7 weeks of age after temperament testing to do final picks in person and give families the opportunity to meet the puppies. We can, however, do facetime calls and send video and picture updates to families if requested.
  • Can my puppy be used for breeding?
All our puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract. If you want to breed your puppy, we ask that you contact us first to discuss the options.
  • When can I choose my puppy from the litter?
Puppy picks are done in order of deposits received. Official picks are done after the puppy’s temperament testing which is done at 7 week of age and can be done in person or via facetime!
  • Will my puppy be crate and potty trained?
We start introducing the crate to the puppies at 4-5 weeks of age and they go home being very aware of a crate and comfortable in it. With the puppy going to a new home, they may need time to adjust and learn their new home’s routine, but we have had wonderful feedback from our families on crate training after they take their new puppy home. We introduce a puppy potty area around the same time, and they learn to go in the designated area. The potty area has alfalfa in it which smells like grass, this helps the transition in their new homes so that they know to only go outside. It also takes consistency from you, their new owner since they are still puppies and need guidance. We try our best to set them up for success through our program though!
  • Are the parents of my puppy health tested?
All our parents are genetically heath tested for all the breed specific health testing recommended before breeding.
  • Will my puppy come with a health guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 2-year genetic health guarantee on all our puppies.
